Chipotle Menu Nutrition Facts

These are the Chipotle menu nutrition facts for every item on the line, one row each, at standard serving size. The meal builder exists for adding a specific order up; this page exists for scanning the whole menu at once — comparing every protein on sodium, or finding which topping costs the most, without assembling anything.

Every item, one row each

Sortable by any column. Values are per standard serving — the note on how portions are read explains the portion multipliers behind light, extra and double.

What to notice in each section

Proteins

The spread is narrower than it looks: every protein sits between 150 and 210 calories a scoop. Where they genuinely differ is sodium, from chicken at 310 mg to sofritas at 555 mg, and protein returned per calorie, where chicken leads at 17.8 g per 100 calories.

Rice and beans

White and brown rice are the same 210 calories; the honest difference is 160 mg of sodium and one gram of fiber. Beans are the most efficient scoop on the line — 130 calories for 8 g of protein and 7 g of fiber — and skipping them is what quietly strips the fiber out of a low-carb order.

Salsas

These are not interchangeable. Sodium runs from 260 mg for tomatillo-green chili to 550 mg for fresh tomato — a 290 mg spread that outweighs the difference between any two proteins. Roasted chili-corn is the outlier on carbohydrate at 16 g against 4 g for the rest.

Toppings

Guacamole is the heaviest at 230 calories, though its fat is largely unsaturated — only 3.5 g of the 22 g. Queso is lighter overall at 120 calories but carries 6 g of saturated fat. The chipotle-honey vinaigrette is the one people miss: 220 calories and 850 mg of sodium, the highest sodium figure of any single item here.

Sides

A bag of chips is 540 calories, more than the rice and beans in a bowl combined (340). Ordered with guacamole the side reaches roughly 1,000. Nothing else you can add to an order moves the total this far in one decision.

Nutrition pages for individual items

Each page carries the full macro breakdown, a specific comparison and the questions people actually ask about that item.

Ordering for a specific diet

These guides start from a requirement rather than an ingredient — what to order, what to avoid, and a worked example with the macros attached.
